Once the property is fully funded, title deeds and share certificates proving your ownership will be made available within a few weeks.

The title deed will be issued by the Dubai Land Department and will show the SPV as the owner as well as outline details of the property.

The share certificate will be issued by Stake and will evidence your ownership in the SPV.
