When reserving a unit, you’ll be guided through the payment process directly in the app. Stake will collect only the reservation fee and initial down payment required to secure the property.
All subsequent installment payments will be made directly to the developer as per the outlined payment plan. Stake will support you throughout the process by sending timely reminders in the app ahead of every payment deadline, so you stay on track.
