Verify your identity by submitting a photo of your passport and taking a selfie
Submit a proof of address document to verify your address
Your application will be processed within a few hours!
Step 2: Invest in a property
Browse our Available properties page to find a property you would like to invest in
Select the amount you wish to invest, and add the property to your cart
Checkout and confirm your purchase via debit card or bank transfer*
*Your investment will stay "Pending" until the property is fully funded
Step 3: Receive your documents
Once the property is fully funded, the transfer of ownership will take place
Title deeds and share certificates evidencing your ownership will be made available*
*The tentative date for this is available in the timeline under each property
Step 4: Receive rental payments
Your rental payment will be credited to your Stake wallet based on the property timeline
Choose to reinvest the funds into another property, allow them to build up in your wallet, or withdraw to your bank account.
