Transaction costs are additional fees that are added to the purchase price of the property in order to complete the legal transfer of the asset from the seller to the buyer. These fees include but are not limited to: DLD Transfer & Registration Fees, Trustee Fees, Brokerage Fees, Property Insurance, Valuation Fee, DIFC Fees etc...
