Entry fees
These fees are included in the initial amount you invest.
Acquisition Fee: 1.5%
Initial KYC and AML Fee: 0.2%
Transaction Costs: the costs required to complete the legal transfer of the property. These are not charged by Stake but are standard property costs incurred when purchasing a property in the UAE. Learn more
Ongoing management fees
These fees are charged and deducted from your dividends before they are paid out. They are already included in the projected net rental yields shown on each listing.
Annual Administration Fee: 0.25% for properties listed after 3 December 2025 (0.5% for properties listed before this date)
Annual KYC and AML Fee: 0.1% from Year 2 onwards
Maintenance Costs and Service Charges: Varies by property and details can be found in each property's projections document.
Exit fees
Exit Fee: 2.5% of the final sale price
