Entry and Annual Fees:
Acquisition Fee: 1.5% at the time of investment
Annual Administration Fee: 0.5% each year for managing your investment.
Compliance Costs:
Initial KYC and AML Fee: 0.2% at the time of investment.
Annual KYC and AML Fee: 0.1% from the second year onwards.
Exit Strategy:
Exit Fee: 2.5% at the time of sale.
Performance Fee: 7% only on the appreciation profits, ensuring we are motivated to maximize your returns.
Example: If a property is bought for 1M AED and sold at 1.3M AED, then the 7% performance fee is only charged on the 300k profit, which in this case would be 21k AED.
