StakePredict is a quarterly forecasting feature that lets you put your Dubai property market knowledge to the test. Each quarter, you'll answer 10 questions about real estate trends — things like transaction volumes, prices, developers, and yields — for a chance to earn rewards.
How it works
Each quarter, a new Prediction Round opens. You'll have a set window to submit your 10 answers before the round closes. Once you submit, you'll be able to see how the rest of the community answered. After the quarter ends, results are determined using data from Reidin, an independent third-party property data provider, and the leaderboard is updated.
Your ranking is based on how many questions you get right. If there's a tie, the tiebreaker is how quickly you completed the round — the timer starts the moment you open the first question and stops when you submit, so it's worth being decisive. If there's still a tie after that, whoever submitted earliest in the round ranks higher.
A few things to keep in mind: you get one submission per round, and once you submit your answers are locked. If you exit mid-way through, your draft is saved but the timer keeps running.
Bonus Questions
Some rounds will include an optional Bonus Question on top of the standard 10. This doesn't affect your score or leaderboard position — it's a separate chance to win a share of a fixed prize pot with everyone else who answers correctly.
Leaderboard
There are two leaderboards to track: a Quarterly Leaderboard for each round, and an Annual Leaderboard that accumulates your scores across all four rounds in the year. Top performers on both are eligible for rewards.
Rewards
Top-ranking users on both the Quarterly and Annual Leaderboards are eligible for rewards, credited to your Rewards Wallet in the app. Rewards can be used towards investments made through the app and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Where to find it
StakePredict is available exclusively on the Stake mobile app (iOS and Android) — it's not available on web. You can access it via the Homepage or the Rewards tab. You'll need to be a fully onboarded user to participate.
