You can qualify for the Golden Visa through a property purchased with StakeOne, if the property price is greater than 2 million AED.
You will become eligible to apply once the project is registered and you have completed 24% of the payments. Existing investments with Stake Properties cannot be combined with a StakeOne investment to qualify.
