Yes, you can sell your StakeOne property — both before handover (off-plan) and after completion.

If you wish to sell your off-plan unit before it's handed over, there are typically a few conditions you’ll need to meet. Most developers require you to have completed 30–40% of the total payment plan, though the exact figure may vary. You’ll also need to:

• Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the developer

• Find a buyer and agree on terms

• Complete the necessary paperwork to finalize the transfer
