At Stake, we categorize all properties listed on our platform into four unique investment strategies, designed to help you select opportunities based on your financial goals:

Capital Growth: Properties with high appreciation potential, driven by market trends, upcoming infrastructure developments, or prime locations.

High Yield: Properties that offer higher-than-average rental yields, maximizing rental income for investors.

Balanced: Properties that focus on blending consistent rental income, strong appreciation, and capital protection—ideal for those seeking stability.

Fix n’ flip: Short-term investment opportunities in run-down properties located in prime areas. These properties are acquired, renovated, and upgraded to enhance their market value before being resold for a profit. Investors benefit from capital appreciation, with no income generated during the hold period.

Please note that these strategies are based on our internal projections and market analysis but do not guarantee specific returns. Real estate investments carry inherent risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
