AutoInvest simplifies your real estate investing on Stake by automating the process. You set it up once, and we take care of the rest, investing for you every month according to your preferences.

Here's how it works:

1. Set an amount to invest monthly: Select how much you are willing to invest automatically each month from as little as AED 500

2. Choose your AutoInvest theme: Select from one of our expertly curated AutoInvest themes: Diversified, Growth, or High Income which dictate which properties your funds are allocated to

3. Link your card and set a recurring day: Add a debit card to cover your automatic deposits and choose a day that you want your AutoInvest to recur each month

4. Sit back and let AutoInvest do the rest: Once activated, AutoInvest will look for opportunities during the month and make investments that match your selected theme

Important Notes:

• Your dividends will not be reinvested automatically. Dividends will be credited to your Stake wallet, where you can manually reinvest if you choose.

• You can still make manual investments even with AutoInvest enabled.
