A unit in a real estate fund represents a share of ownership in the fund. When you invest in a real estate fund, you purchase units, which give you a proportional stake in the fund's assets and income. The unit price is the cost of purchasing a single unit of the fund.

The unit price varies depending on each fund. Once the fund starts operating it will also change based on the performance of the underlying real estate assets and market conditions.

For example, if the unit price is 1000 SAR and you invest 10,000 SAR, you will own 10 units of the fund (10,000 SAR / 1,000 SAR per unit). The number of units you own determines your share of the fund's income distributions and any capital gains generated from the appreciation of the properties in the fund's portfolio.
